Christopher Paul Stelling
Christopher Paul Stelling
Time:
8:00 pm
Christopher has played many of New York’s finest stages including Bowery Ballroom, The Mercury Lounge, Rockwood Music Hall, Highline Ballroom, Pianos, and The Living Room, and Joe’s Pub. His finger-style guitar playing comes off seemingly effortless, bringing to mind the likes of John Fahey and Sandy Bull and at other times that of Segovia. Christopher’s song writing reaches deep, spineward, with a lyrical styling reminiscent of anything from Dylan, to Faulkner or Walt Whitman.
